Worst claims experience

I am really disappointed with Dotsure if I knew then when they bought the Holland book i would never have joined them.Your service is so bad even after assigning case handler. Your lines automatically disconnect , if you get through you are send from pillar to post. It's been almost a month since the accident and I still not sorted. I am disgusted by your service
