Worst Claim Experience Ever!

I find Dotsure's service to be appalling, very unreasonable and unprofessional !!! As a long serving and loyal client of yours for many years, your decision to reject a valid attempted hijacking claim simply tells me Dotsure does NOT care about their client's lives but only care for the bottom line. My family and myself were almost hijacked, ******,****d or even killed in an attempted hijacking. Did you expect me to stop and be a victim in order for you to pay my claim? To make matters worse this happened while on holiday and obviously not fami**** with the roads of province we visited. My situation is made even worse by the fact that I am still stuck in Cape Town and my life is at a stand still because of this predicament and you as my insurer have completely neglected me.
