Worst car insurance company in the world

After a dreadful experience with dotsure I am still in debt, because for this insurance company, after I have moved on from the ordeal today I got a call from a tracker company that says I owe them money, because of a tracking system they installed in my car that dotsure said to me was for included in my policy , the tracker company says I will be blacklisted if I do not make this payment, mind you I have never even once contacted this tracking company, dotsure told me it came with the insurance, now I find myself having to pay close to R2 000 that I know nothing about, I continue to warn people to stay away from this insurance company they have no interest in helping but rather for they own pockets.
