Worse Insurance ever

If giving zero stars were possible, I would. I cannot recommend Dotsure at all. Their warranty and service insurance is nowhere near what they advertise. The service is appalling—they show no concern for servicing their clients’ vehicles, only for protecting their own profits. They constantly look for loopholes to reject claims and benefit themselves. It feels like a complete ****. I lodged a claim, and my car was towed to the nearest approved service provider. After the assessment, the report was shared with Dotsure. Now, they are looking for technicalities to reject my claim, stating that I should have maintained my car to prevent damage. I have a fully up-to-date service book and provided every document they requested, yet they refuse to assist. I had heard allegations that Dotsure treats Black customers unfairly by coming up with excuses, and I never believed it because I am not a ****** person. Unfortunately, my experience now makes me question those claims
