Worse Insurance Company

They are the wors Insurance company ever we have been with them for 6 years paid on time never late payments or skipped a payment we claimed 3 times in the 6years paid my excess and 2 week ago when i tried to claim for my flat ceiling that has fallen they come up with he ceiling was bad workmanship it was not up to standards and the roof was not up to standards we bought the house like that and all was approved and have all the certificates that the house was up to standard and still they refuse to fixed it my gran of 89 years stay in that flat and now she does not have ceilings in her lounge but they dont care they will just take your money but when they really need to fixed somthing they will come with a story i will never never go back to them as i just canceled my insurance with them
