Worse experiane ever

Worst service ever experienced , it sad im going through trauma as i was involved on a hijack experience almost loosing my life in a process. dotsure makes empty process of using online claimed as that feature does not work . i cantacted dotsure on saturday and Rachel made me hold for 10 min and the call was dropped. i called again on saturday she told me they are no consultants and to calll back on monday. Now it monday i first spoke to Caitlyn to make a claim as my windscreen was shot and the Car dashoard was shot and the drive's side mirror is damaged , she put me on hold to speak to a consultant i wait for 10 min before the call was dropped. i Call again and spoke to Caitlyn again she transferred my call to the consultant by the name of Hendrica who was very rude and put me on hold without listening to me and never ask for my alternative number since my cellphone and was stole duringthe process of the highjack, she never sympathised with me raising my concern about my fustration of being transferred back and forth with any asssistance. as expect she put me on hold for almost 30 minute before the call was dropped again.Im so disappointed on the service. Im currently using *** number.
