World class service
Top class service not because of the claim being paid out but because of the efficiency.
I logged the claim at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. 30 secs later I got a call to discuss the claim and for additional info to be sent. Luckily I had all the information and sent it off immediately. I received another follow up call to let me know that everything is received and will be reviewed and I will have an answer by no later than Saturday morning which is the next day.
The next day, Saturday morning at 9:25am I received an email that the claim has been approved.
Can I just say WOW! that type of service is exceptional. I have not dealt with a company more efficient than this.
