World Class Service

Herewith I wish to recommend Elmar Roelfse of DotSure (Oakhurst) Insurance for CEO Customer Services for his EXCELLENT, WORLD CLASS, GOING THE EXTRA MILE, GOLDEN HANDSHAKE, etc. etc. service in a country where the overall customer service in general seems to have been downgraded to Junk Status as well. I had an unfortunate breakdown with my vehicle yesterday morning, 18 Nov 2017, and called DotSure for road assistance. My SOS call was answered by a true world class customer services professional, Elmar Roelfse. Not only did he arranged for road assistance but went out of his way to call me every 10 minutes to ask about my well-being, whether I am safe where I stand along the road or aware of any suspicious looking people close to me that may be a threat to my safety. Only when my vehicle and I was safely recovered and assisted, dropped off at the MV Agency for my vehicle repair, did he stopped calling and wished me all the best. And this morning, guess what? Mr. Elmar Roelfse, yes he’s a MENEER now, called me to enquire whether my vehicle was fine and repaired. Ever heard of such service lately in our beloved country? Huh..huh…. I do feel that DotSure is very fortunate to have employees of Mr Roelfse’s caliber and want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for his world class service for a world class Insurance Company.
