Wonderful Service from Chuma Mooi

This was my first time applying for pet insurance and, my consultant, Chuma Mooi made the experience very pleasant and easy for me. She was very helpful and patient with my questions and the fact that I had to delay my application due to me not having my cat with me yet.

So far, I'm very happy with my choice to go for Dotsure while I was shopping around for pet insurance and if this level of service is setting the tone for my future interactions with Dotsure, then I'm sure my cat and I will be very content.
