Wonderful service Dotsure Pet Insurance

I must commend Dotsure Pet insurance for their service. I have been a customer with them for about only 4 months and have had two claims within that time. One claim was for routine care and the other was when my kitty fell ill and was admitted to hospital for two days and had to undergo an operation in June and to my surprise the claim was paid out to almost the full amount of what I claimed (R5000 +) minus the excess of course. There were no hassles whatsoever in dealing with them and the claim process was handled timeously. More importantly there were absolutely no excuses from them to not pay the claim as is with many other pet insurance company's that I have read about. I hope that my kitty stays healthy and that I will not have to use the insurance for some time to come but im glad that Dotsure is there when you need them. I will definitely recommend Dotsure pet insurance to people who have fur babies.
