Wonderful service by Palesa from dotsure

I was assisted by Palesa Magxidolo, the Sales Consultant for dotsure.

She was wonderful! She was professional in her interaction with me. She understood the fact that there were some extra requirements and proactively added information regarding this to their system so that the next consultant would have immediate access to this information.

She was knowledgeable about the products without sounding like a robot and patient with me as I asked for clarification and review of different parts of the service offering.

It was her 'human touch' that made this experience not only painless but actually memorable as it stood out in such contrast to other experiences with call centres.
