Wonderful customer experience from Tasneem Fernold

At first, I was not open to taking out the 2-month free trial as my pets are already under Outsurance however, Tasneem Fernold was patient and kind enough (also persistent in a very good way) to explain the benefits and difference between the two insurance companies.
