Wonderful Compassionate Service

I called in to cancel my policy as it had gotten a little too pricey for me and Liam Glenister, from Dotsure, made a plan and gave me a discount so that I could ensure that my fur baby is still covered in the event of an accident.

Liam handled my query with care and was empathic to my situation. I appreciate the way in which he handled it and I did not feel pressured to keep my policy the way one usually feels when cancelling a policy or service.
