Within minutes of requesting a quote from dotsure.co.za about insuring my pups I received a phone call from Kadhija Khan and what a pleasant experience it was. She was extremely kind and thorough and happy to answer any questions that I had. From someone who has anxiety for talking over the phone she made the whole process feel like I was talking to a friend. She is definitely a great asset to dotsure.co.za!
