Within 24 Hours

I submitted my claim the Friday morning, got a email within 10 minutes to say that they have received my claim and is busy processing it. Later the afternoon, I received a phone call, my claim was approved and payment was released. I was helped by Rachelle Fritz, and she is such a friendly person. Explained my payment breakdown to me and wished my fur baby a speedy recovery. For my very first claim, this was such a great experience, hassle free and speedy service.
