Wish I'd taken out insurance with them sooner!

I had never taken out any sort of pet insurance before and was very sceptical but my cat kept getting attacked and I couldn't manage the vet bills alone. Dotsure was recommended to me. They called when they said they would, emailed when they said they would and generally were prompt and efficient. When the time came to make my first claim, I wasn't sure what to expect. I completed the forms and sent them in a little before 5pm on the day of the vet visit. By the time I went to bed, I had confirmation that they had received my forms and were processing it. By 10am the following morning the money was in my account and the correspondence emailed to me. I didn't have to hassle at all. I was really so so impressed and relieved and just felt like I should have done it years ago! Thank you Dotsure. You made a stressful and upsetting time (my cat was badly wounded again) hassle and stressfree when it came to the funds and my claim in totality. Thank you!
