Why is this happening??

For anyone with more than one car, it is imperative to know the whereabouts and trip reporting of your cars or fleet in real time. This does not happen with Dotsure's tracking system.Trips are reported hours later. Upon discovering this on the 2nd April 2023,I immediately contacted them with proof and they blamed loadshedding whereas other similar tracking systems (eg. Taxi APP's) were fully operational in real time at the last place where the subject car was and where it went next. Network systems don't just stop working because of loadshedding but continue using batteries or generators. I feel that Dotsure is not prepared to find solutions for this problem but excuses. The last I heard from them was when they told me that they will refer my matter to their IT department and I am still waiting!!
