What a pleasure it was to speak with Astin Moses.
I filled out some online documents expressing interest in the DotSure product and subsequently received a call from her. It was a total delight to chat with her. She thoroughly explained everything and addressed my objections and questions. She even laughed at my jokes, which I know were pretty bad, but she maintained her composure.
Thank you so much, Astin. You made my day and restored my faith that somewhere out there, there are companies (and individuals) that still care about good customer service.
