Wendy Lynch Service at Dotsure Pet Insurance

I put a claim through for my cat with Dotsure Pet Insurance and a lady phoned me back to let me know that they received the claim, that the claim was processed and what percentage and amount I will be paid back.

I then asked her that I want to up my dogs insurance to a higher plan and she told me that she will get a consultant that details with updating contracts to phone me back.

Her service, friendlyness and assistants was FANTASTIC. Thank you so much for the great service Wendy Lynch you a great example of how you should speak and treat your customers.
