I haven't been with Dotsure for long, however there was no need to be as they helped with excellent fast and efficient service from the get go! Claims are paid out extremely quick, responses/feedback is almost immediate. I even had a query with regards to my pet, sent an email and I was called back in less than 5 minutes with assistance. Highly satisfied.
