Well Done Sachin Bokhary
Well done to Sachan Bokhary for his patience whilst dealing with my concerns before agreeing to take out the Dotsure Easy (Extended Warranty) Policy. Whilst I was not happy with a certain Clause in the Terms and Conditions (10.9), I nevertheless signed for the policy based on the fantastic experience I've had and enjoyed with Dotsure's Pet Insurance over the years which swayed my decision. I trust I'll experience the same great service from the Easy Policy side as with Petsure? Thank you Sachin.
