WELL DONE DOTSURE
Having difficulty understanding the Dotsure pet insurance product when I had to claim was a simple call followed by a prompt call back from Customer service agent Zoey Tiberio. I briefly explained my concerns which Zoey Tiberio understood immediately and provided a solution that I was unware Dotsure offered to clients. I was very pleased with the excellent service and the interaction of Zoey Tiberio. I always admired how Dotsure handles their customer service as I have a few products with the company and i will securely recommend the insurer to others. WELL DONE DOTSURE
