We received 5 star service from Dotsure. Bernadine Bence - Pet Sales Supervisor was the reason for our descision to take on our Pet Insurance with Dotsure instead of other service providers. Her friendly and professional assistance made the application process enjoyable. She was detailed and friendly in explaining the policies of all 7 of our pets to us and had made this experience welcoming. I would definitely recommend Dotsure and Bernadine's services.
