Been stranded for 2 hours waiting for someone to tow me, your partner in langebaan said they can assist after lunch. This is the typical service one can expect for dotsure. My roadside assistance claim was created just after 10am. It is now 12pm. What am i paying for? Since day once i was **** to about information and then now this. Consider this as my cancelation

14 Jan 2020, 12:523 hours later and someone will be able to assist in 30 min. I thought I've already experienced the worst of the worts in my life but this, this surpass that to such an extent I cannot imagine what the outcome may have been if i wasn't stranded in a safe place. Or for that matter if i was a female. Nothing will make me change or remove this review.

14 Jan 2020, 13:40Firstly. The town truck came out. Not a flat bed. If the guy had 5 phones he would have answered and concentrate on them more than what he was doing. Was constantly on the phone and working with one hand. Trying to winche my car up to the trailer via my rear swing arm. This this is actually getting so bad you can't even call this service. Total lack of care or concern about the paying client. Were going on to 4 hours after i logged the call
