Watch where you take out a motor warranty policy - What do you par for then???????

27/02/2022 Policy no. UDWD*** Towing by AASA ref. no. *** Had a breakdown on N4 from Rustenburg to Pretoria - 11H45 at Magalies Petro Port. Call roadside assist - they arranged AA to tow me in to their depo. Had to pay R2450 up front 28/02/2022 - AA to tow from their depo to repair shop(Benz Tech) had to pay another R1200 up front My policy covers Tow in R1470 and Transportation R1470. Because the water hose pulled out in the engine it is not a mechanical breakdown. Had to be repaired at workshop. Which they did for me for free because I'm a Pensioner. So Dotsure refuse to pay for the tow in claims(R410 monthly payment for top cover) A breakdown is a breakdown so why can't I claim for towing This is below poor services!!!!!!!!!
