Watch out for "claim limits"

I got a call from Bernard to get insurance for a pet. Everything went smoothly, and I was advised me to go for the superior plan, to make sure I'm covered for most things... at no point mentioning that there will be a claim limit... Needless to say, the first claim I had to claim, was above the limit - so not covered after all. I canceled immediately.
