Waste of time

<p>I wish I would have never taken this insurance i regret listening to people who refer to me to this insurance. I have gesery bust and my ceiling and carpet ended up being damaged because of the leaking .</p> <p>I lodged a claim for my gesery to be fixed I was told to get a quote I did that had to take two day to try to find a plumber to do an assessment and do a quote for me which I had to make provision of being available with my partner during the day I was told I have to wait until my deduction has went off which it did .I sended the bank statement as required a had to take day to go to them so they can email me the statement and do print out.</p> <p>Now they have sended my claim to the assessor who tell me that he won't be available on sat that is when I am free he is forcing me to be available tomorrow when I have told him that I am working from 7 to 7 and I have to ask strangers to open my house for them on my absence. </p> <p>Friday am not available period I will not be contacting this insurance anymore they have wasted my time they should have called the plumbers and negotiated a better price and stop telling me about a plumber that is in Benoni and that won't be doing my staff on sat .</p> <p>Please take that claim and cancel it my partner has decide to fix our own staff on sat when we both not working because ur guys are telling us tomorrow they not fixing they coming to do the quote and can only fix next week </p> <p>I will fix my staff and send u picture and don't bother to pay us back if it was another insurance this thing should have been fixed and dusted long time ago</p>
