I was foolish enough to believe their glossy ads and empty promises of "peace of mind" and "being in good hands." What a complete and utter joke. I purchased an extended warranty/service contract for my car for exactly the kind of situation I recently faced.

When I needed them, when I actually had a legitimate, covered failure, they were ABSOLUTELY USELESS. The "customer service" is a sickening maze of automated hell, being transferred for hours, and speaking to representatives who are clearly trained to OBSTRUCT, DELAY, and DENY.

Every single call was a new exercise in frustration. They demanded the same documents over and over. They quoted policy clauses that don't exist. After weeks of this pathetic runaround, I have NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PENNY OF HELP.
