Waste of money.
To be honest I don’t even want to give them a 1 star. I’ve been paying pet insurance for over a year and all they did was pay out 50% of the claim. They promote themselves to be the great help when honestly they are a waste of money.

20 Jun 2022, 10:24Thank you very much, I have cancelled my pet insurance and I’m yet to get a call from an agent. I will also not be getting the full amount from the claim back so I guess it will remain unresolved.
