Was a very good interaction with with/via Chatbot!

There I was, struggling to get all the papers ( Dotsure form/ receipts) I needed to submit for the claim together and completed. You can Imagine my relief when I went on the website to add the claim and all that was needed was a detailed invoice and the medical diagnosis, I just added the invoice added the medical diagnosis ( drop down list) explained the situation (free text) and boom! Got an email the same day (within a few hours) to say the claim has been approved! I simply love this chatbot (upgrade) for processing claims!
