Warranty Claim: Dissatisfaction

So here is the thing Dotsure has no courtesy for their PAYING customers,no regard for excellent customer service, You log a claim AND something is missing NO one WILL take the time to call you for feedback BUT they are quick to cancell and reject claims.

I was with Hollard for many years. And have claimed hassle Free with the same mechanic now with DOTSURE its a hassle absolute pain to even get through to their call center or log online claims Iam very disappointed at Hollard for handing us over to Dotsure.

I don't know why we expect anything good from a insurance known for covering cats and dogs ..
It cannot be so difficult to deal with DOTSURE
anyone thinking of getting a quote from you should run for as fast as they can
There are reputable companies out there
