Warranty Claim Declined
My warranty claim declined due to 30 days waiting period wail my contract with them says cover starts immediately. I have sent numerous email and being promised to be called by a manager, up to today no one has called me back. I spoke to Bridget from Claims she **** about reading my contract. I sent my M-sure documents to Asanda Laphi so that they can confirm that was covered by them. She went quiet as well.. I do not know what to do now
