Warranty claim

I took up Dotsure warranty insurance trusting it ,thinking will help should I have a breakdown,on the 17th I submitted my claim with them was rejected, mechanic company where I took my car too ,provided me with a final report of what caused the car to stop ,which I gave it to them again they rejected it without even going through it. They way I had trust and believed in them I referred my colleagues to them ,now they under Dotsure
