Vuka - Car Warranty on behalf of Dotsure - Abrupt and Unprofessional

After numerous calls from a consultant (no clue how they got our contact number), when we finally picked up the call in hopes that this would end the daily frustration (9th of June). We had agreed to a call with a specialist on the following morning (10th of June), as at the time we were considering other options for an extended car warranty. This call from a specialist never happened, and in the following week we took an extended warranty from a different supplier.

This morning (17th of June) we received a call from the "specialist" and upon advising her that we were no longer interested, she proceeded to become very abrupt and rude.

This is no way to treat potential customers and is extremely unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
