Very unimpressed.

I've been a client for years and have to say I'm not impressed by the way claims have been handled lately. My recent interactions has been an absolute nightmare. When your dogs are sick or injured the last thing you want to worry about is dealing with people who don't actually listen when your trying to explain your pets situation to them. You've lost a fan - I'll be looking at other providers ( not that I believe it would matter to them).
