Very unhappy with Dotsure

I am lodging a complaint on behalf of my fellow colleague. Below is her experience with Dotsure. I was hit by their client and submitted a third-party claim in August 2024. Despite following up multiple times, I have not been assisted. Upon receiving the claim, Dotsure promised to get back to me in 60 days. They never did. I contacted them, they said the claim will be finalized in April. This is the seven month I do not have a car, I have never heard of an insurance claim that takes that long.
