I have been insured with Dotsure for 2 years and don't regret it at all, to apply for the policy was easy and communications with them has been smooth. I got involved in an accident on the 15th Jan they assisted me from getting the car tawed, from logging my claim to gettingeverything fanalised , it took 7 working days for them to conclude and payout for my vehicle which was written off, this has been the best and most smooth process while stressed about such an inconvenience. They have professional staff members which are caring and that know the process. Every department I was in contact with during the claim process knew exactly what steps I needed to follow after.
