Dotsure was extremely prompt. Emihle Klaas called me the day after the claims for my 3 dogs were submitted to ask a few questions. The claim was sorted by the end of that week. They repaid me 85% of the total amount I paid to the vet. I am and haver always been very happy with Dotsure pet medical insurance. Just like human medical aid dot sure is there for emergency surgeries and accidents that could happen anytime.
