Very quick response and professional service

When I joined Dotsure Insurance middle July 2015 I was told about their Super short cuts services which includes car hire services. On the 3rd of August I contacted the call centre number and was transferred to Nonhlanhla (Nelly) Mahunza who friendly informed me about the service they provide and after a few quick questions she assured me that a quote will be send to me via e-mail. Within 20 minutes from the call I received two very reasonable quotes for the different scenarios we discussed and a call from Nelly. She patiently answered my follow up e-mails without delay. I accepted the quote via e-mail on the 11th of August and was called back immediately. Within a few minutes I received a sms with the reservation number and hire details and a follow up call from Nelly. Thank you, I was impressed by her quick, friendly and professional service. Her employer can be proud of her.
