Very Poor service

I wrote a review the last time about how pathetic dotsure ihas handled my claim of my Suzuki Swift that was written off by an irresponsible and reckless young man.Dotsure rep**** and said one of their consultants or representative will contact me.I am still waiting to be contacted. I insured my Suzuki with a cash settlement retail value but dot used the market value to settle the bank and left me with debt to the bank.I emailed dotsure and ask why they pay the bank with the market value when I insured my Suzuki with the retail value.Dotsure never rep**** to my email. I am asking myself what kind of insurance company are they when they lie to a client and what else did they lie about,surely I can't recommend them to anyone because this kind of service is totally unacceptable.
