Very impressed

I would just like to say that I am very impressed with the service from Dotsure - Last month i emailed them and they responded right away, I didn’t expect them to be so quick and efficient and therefore I was not available to take the call. I then got busy and forgot about my query.

Today I went on the website and started an online chat - The consultant responded within a few minutes telling me someone would call me. Not even 10 minutes later and I received a call from Caitlyn Kelton. She was very professional and helpful and she spoke clearly. She seemed interested, not only in offering a service but explaining why it was best for me to remain on a good cover for my pet.

I enjoyed my experience and will recommend your company :) and I really wish that all companies provided such excellent service. Maybe Dotsure needs to provide some training for South Africa employees of all companies.
