Sonja Pangel assisted me in getting a very comprehensive quote for our 2 furbabies. She talked me through all of the plan details and patiently answered all of my "20 questions". Really appreciated all of the email correspondence sent through after our initial call, so I could compare the information with another quote (not nearly as good) on my own time. After getting all of the information, she was super responsive on email with my additional questions on add-ons for our plans.
