My 10 year old Boston Terrier Max has been insured with Dotsure for over 2 years now and I cannot fault them in any way. From client service to payout turnover time - all perfect. I submit claims via email and receive a reply within 48 hours and payout also within 48 hours, sometimes even less. VERY HAPPY!
