Very happy client of Dotsure

10 out of 10 for Erika. She is the lady who processed my claim. I took my dog who was basically walking on 3 feet to the vet to find what is wrong. My dog did not allow me to examine his paw and because he was a bit grumpy I asked the vet to do the examination while he is asleep. I did not want Bosco (Black Russian Terrior ) to bite anyone. So after putting him to sleep he examined his paw and could only find a clump of hair between the pads. So while he was asleep I asked the vet to also cut his nails. When I asked the vet to fill out the forms for the claim at Dotsure he only wrote "Pedicure" on the form as nothing else was really wrong with his paw. (that we could see with the eye) I was worried that Dotsure was not going to pay for this pedicure. My claim landed with Erika and she immediately put 2 and 2 together. Why was he sedated for a pedicure she asked me? I told her how the whole story and she then told me they are going to pay me for everything except the pedicure. Thank you Dotsure and Erika
