#DotsurePetFans Last month my furbaby had a small red blister on his eyeball so off to the Vet we went. Diagnosis was possible infection or possible cancer. With two weeks worth of meds in hand I left their offices with tears in my eyes, hoping for the best but super scared for the worst. I got home filled out the forms, took pics on my phone of the invoice and a pic of his eye and sent through my claim to Dotsure. I received payment later that night - that's right - the same day of treatment. I know they say allow a few days for payment but this service was above and beyond - emails came through at each stage of the process and a call to chat and make sure all was in order but most touching was the concern in the agents voice for my dogs health, as well as the Get Well email received. Two weeks later my worst fears came true and he needed surgery on his eye to remove the mass that did turn out to be cancer. Again I sent the forms that same day but later in the afternoon and I was paid out the following day. I cannot thank Dotsure enough for their amazing service, support and making the process of claiming so easy. I have been paying insurance with them for a good few years now and I am so grateful that I did and that I could get my dog the very best treatment immediately. I am thankful to say he has made a full recovery.
