Very good service at Dotsure
Super happy with the service I received from Mieke, it was such a nice, unexpected experience to be served in Afrikaans. She phoned me back promptly at the agreed time, gave me all the information I needed and emailed me the documentation the same day, including claim forms for future reference. She also added me to the WhatsApp function that I can use to submit claims or ask questions. The website and member portal is also very easy to use. Very happy with my decision to move to Dotsure.
