Very Disappointing and have no care at all

I am very disappointed with dot sure., about a week ago I rushed my dog to the vet, he stopped breathing for no reason, once at the vet I was told they could not help and suggested I take him to Bryanston veterinary hospital which I did. After 3 days of them trying, they could not figure out what was wrong, unfortunately I lost my best friend. I paid R12,800.00. Before payment was made, I phoned Dot sure to confirm I would get the money back, and I was told I would. I sent in the claim. I received the payment breakdown. Furthermore, I got paid out R3600. I was not happy, I emailed them and questioned this and received no reply. One day later, I receive a get well soon card, wishing my dog a speedy recover, which makes me believe they did not even look through any of his documents as he passed away, I find it very disrespectful as my loved pet has passed away, and I am getting a get better card and no reply regarding my Claim dispute. Very disappointing…
