Very Disappointed with false information and service

Think twice before insuring your vehicle with Dotsure!!! I was in an accident that was not my fault as a guy was over taking traffic and hit the front of my vehicle. I had followed processes and reported obtaining an incident report number. I then called Dotsure to lodge a claim and completed forms. Today I received a call stating that my claim is declined due to tier being a threshold on my policy which I was nit aware of. I have signed on for a full comprehensive cover and have been a loyal client since 2022. This is absolutely shocking and disappointing for me as we entrust service providers for cover and at claim stage they come up with excuses to not pay out for claims. I have requested call recordings from my initial contact with dotsure and will await this so I can take this matter further. Funny enough I have been approached by reputable companies to switch over and I did not thinking I'm in good hands with Dotsure but now the truth unveils upon claim stages. Utterly disgusted with pathetic service!!! Who in their right minds pays for cover that is limited to R20 000. Nonsense indeed!
