VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET

I thought dotsure was great until i cancelled my claim because i was not satisfied with the outcome. To cut the long story short, the contract says that I can claim R1500 for towing. I organized my own towing services after the accident, I was advised to send proof of payment of which I did send twice. I am being told the documents are not uploaded on my claim. Another agent promised to get Sonja to call me, I have not received the call for more than 3 days excluding the weekend. I am very disappointed with the way my claim has been handled. At this rate I would not recommend dotsure to anyone. They spit you out once you cancel the claim.
