VERY ANGRY WITH DOTSURE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

1. I got into an accident on Wednesday 15 October 2025. When I called the insurance about my accident, no one could locate my policy. 2. I made a claim and submitted all supporting documents same day of the accident and I am not getting any light for progress. 3. There is no sense of urgency in this matter. I have the car hire option for a reason! The verification of my accident can take place while I have a car hired, I am stranded, I’m struggling for transportation to go to work. Dotsure is very quick to debit your account but don’t deliver. I trusted them so much and I regret. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYONE EVER! I saw all the bad records on social media and chose to trust Dotsure. I am done! Zero care!
